We are delighted to share details of the fourth in-person consortium meeting, which will take place on Friday May 15th, in Stockholm, the day before the main ESTRO congress.

We confirm that we will come together in the beautiful Hotel Skeppsholmen, a historic house on a peaceful island in the city.

Registration is free, but places are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

Once registrations have been processed, confirmation emails will be issued. Please note that this is an in-person-only meeting; online participation will not be available. If your circumstances change and you are unable to attend, we kindly ask that email us as soon as possible, hello@uprightresearchconsortium.com so that we may offer your place to another attendee.

As always, we welcome community input. If you have suggestions for speakers, sessions, or discussion topics, or if you would like to present your work in upright radiotherapy or related areas, we would be delighted to hear from you. Please submit a free-form abstract by the end of March 9th, 2026.
